This course on Creative Entrepreneurship is tailored for students in the English Language and Literature program, integrating applied linguistics principles to enhance their entrepreneurial endeavours in creative industries. It delves into utilising linguistic and literary skills to innovate and communicate effectively in various business contexts. The curriculum spans foundational knowledge in creative entrepreneurship, incorporating idea generation and innovation with a focus on storytelling, branding, and digital marketing. It also covers customer experience, market research, product and service development, financial management, legal ethics, leadership, and business strategy—all through linguistic and literary competence. This interdisciplinary approach aims to cultivate entrepreneurship skills deeply informed by the analytical and creative capacities developed in English language and literature studies.
